Cell phones are a central part of our lives. Their also useful for emergencies. For example, If your not at home , You may need something, Or you are in danger and you can communicate with your parents/friends. Mostly all students have cell phones inside or out of school. Many parents also feel relief that their children have easy access to them. For example, When you are in class you may use the cell phone for a calculater or internet access to help you.''Cell phones offer a wide variety of academic uses-calculators , shedules, and internet capacity'' (Cole 2010).
But also as it can help you it can do the opposite (distract you). While your in class you may recieve a text or call and may get distracted and get in trouble at the same time. Cell phones for some people make life easier . ''Texting has become the preffered channel of basic communication between teens and their friends''. (Lenhart 2009). They spend mostly all thier time texting, Or calling eachother instead of doing work.
You can also learn from cell phones. ''Without education you wouldnt know how to use a cell phone'' (Tucano 2010). Because education or going to school helps you learn how to use technology , which you have in your cell phone.
